Information Visitors Provide
Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or similar query into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that powers the tool. Navajo County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own database.
Messages
If someone sends an email or contact message, the information in that message is kept as needed to read it, respond, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.
Information Collected Automatically
Routine technical data may be collected when pages load, mainly to operate and improve the site.

The site links to county jail pages, the Sheriff's Office, ADCRR, Arizona court portals, VINELink, BOP, ICE, tribal correctional pages, and third-party search tools. After a visitor leaves this site, the destination site's privacy policy and data practices apply.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and show interest-based ads. That tracking is handled on their systems, not in this site's official-record content.
